From a crowler dated 04/25/20 obtained at the brewery. Sampled May 15, 2020.
It looks like a Porter should with its deep dark brown to black color underneath a long lasting tan head. Opaque.
Coffee is the first thing I get in the aroma followed by a lower profile dark roasted malt and chocolate character, Maybe a vague floral note.
Smooth medium mouthfeel.
The taste is rich, sweet and with coffee. It has a mild chocolate character too with a dryer finish. It is a nice Porter.
