750ml cork and caged bottle. Served in a willi becher glass. Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow body, one finger white head, good retention, no lacing. Smell is leather and citrus, lemon and light grapefruit, a bit of resin and light straw, freshly baked biscuit, a touch of honey. Flavour pretty much meshes very nicely, lemon, grapefruit, a bit of straw, floral resin, with a bit of that typical Brett leather. Not terribly tart by any means, clean and crisp, good body and carbonation, refreshingly dry.

Had on tap. I like the smell with notes of lemon, grass, grapefruit, lighter citrus in general, and of course brett. The taste is brett dominated, (go figure) but I would like a little more fruit in it. The body is robust to stand up to most food pairing though which is an added bonus!
