Brewed with local white miso and pickled ginger. The bright acidity and light salinity makes this a fantastic summer crusher.

Bottle pour; looks, tastes, smells, and feels like something that should be canned in 6-packs and have Westbrook on the label. It would be a killer summer crusher, but is too pricey ($7/500ml) for that purpose. Enjoyable nonetheless.

Appearance: Arrive a hazy goldenstraw with a whipped white head; good lacing action
Smell: Tart lemon/lime tones with ginger and a hint of sea salt
Taste: The ginger is pronounced with the lemon/lime flavors building underneath; the tart and bitter flavors meld together in the finish
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with high carbonation
Overall: A very refreshing beer for a hot day

Pours chill hazed pale golden color with a nice fluffy white head that leaves gobs of lace everywhere.
Aroma is light and zesty lots of ginger, light sea salt and lemon lime soda notes minus the sweetness. Nose is lightly tart and very dry smelling.
Taste pretty much the nose ginger for the win with light lemon/lie zest underneath to round it out. Light tartness and zest is aided by the peppy carbonation little bubbles thrusting the flavors across your taste buds. Don't normally like zesty carbonation but it seems to fit the flavor profile on this one, wouldn't be my usual pick but wouldn't mind having this one again, nice interesting and different from the usual Gose crowd.
Mouthfeel is well peppy as discussed in the taste, it aides the flavor so much hard not to mention it previously.
Overall an enjoyable zesty treat.

Super bubbly clear gold with a huge white head. Lemon, lime, ginger, light sea salt, and slight green tea make up a vibrant and punchy nose. Taste still stars lemon, lime, and ginger, but the contrast has miso that really works, impressive, with tea, salt and wheat in there too. Feel is effervescent, appropriately sour and wheaty, very bright. Fun and inventive gose, thanks Dad!

Pale, light gold, cloudy with a quickly fading head. Smells tart, with lots of ginger and some saltiness. Tastes like a mouthful of pickled ginger, tartness and finishes with salty miso. Really weird and really tasty.
