A: Pours a clear medium rose in color (very similar to a Rosé wine) with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and light to moderate amounts of ruby red colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy foamy pinkish white head that reduces to a small patch of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring a the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Very light aromas of bready + wheat malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness underneath moderate aromas of tart raspberries and lacto tartness/sourness. Light aromas of slightly earthy funky brett-like hay/barnyard.

T: Upfront there are light flavors of bready + wheat malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness. That is followed by just shy of moderate flavors of lacto tartness/sourness, earthy, and barnyard/hay brett-like funkiness. Finally there is a slightly stronger than moderate flavor of tart raspberries which lingers well through the finish.

M: Light bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a moderate amount of acidic prickliness.

O: Very easy to drink with well hidden alcohol, light mouthfeel, and approachable tartness/sourness. Really enjoyable and definitely one that I will try to grab another before they are gone.
