Brewed with 50% custom made smoked brown malt from Epiphany Craft Malt. Aged in oak barrels with Brett clausennii for 8 months for authenticity.

Very dark brown appearance with significant reddish light brown/tan head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is a slightly sweet raisin malt combination that reminds me of s barleywine. Taste is also a slightly sweet raisin malt that also tastes like a pleasant barleywine. For an old receipt that is quite good.
