Has a nice balance of sweet malts, caramel, toffe flavors and a nice bite from the hops. Aroma also has nice caramel and toffee notes. Good beer to watch football on a cold dreary Sunday.

Look: It pours cloudy brown with very little head.
Smell: There is a heavy caramel aroma with dough, whisky, alcohol, and spice.
Taste: It has a strong caramel taste. There are some whisky elements for support with alcohol. It does have a bit of doughy wheat. There is also spice with a background orange note. As it warms a bit there are some dried cherry notes.
Feel: It is full bodied on the chewy side. The malt dominates from beginning to end, but the hops provide some flavor and a bit of bitterness.
Overall, plenty of flavor and it drinks like an English barleywine with a bit of complementary wheat.
