Pours a clear light pink with ample foamy rose tinted head that lingers. Fantastic raspberry aroma mixes with a nice funky sourness. Has a very nice raspberry flavor, not too big on the fruit flavor. Has a very nice funky / sourness to it; again, gentle and not big and in your face. Very easy to drink. Light acidity. Carbonation is perfect. Overall a very easy drinking, light framboise.

Appearance: Pours a clear cherry color with a fizzy one finger cap; some speckles
Smell: Bright raspberry tones
Taste: Very fruity, with the sweet/tart raspberry quite pronounced from start to finish; the finish is on the tart side, however
Mouthfeel: Light body with moderate carbonation; somewhat puckery
Overall: Quite enjoyable - wish it was a hot summer day where I could sit on the dock and watch the sun set with a glass of this
