Appearance: Pours cola brown with a two finger ecru head; streaky lacing with plenty of spots
Smell: Caramelized brown sugar with spice cake and dark fruit tones
Taste: Spice cake and caramel with nutmeg, mace and allspice flavors; a hint of fig emerges, as well; while the finish is sweet, it is not cloying
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Winter is over but it is a cold, rainy day and this Winter Warmer suits the weather well
