A true mixed culture sour aged on a massive 3+ pounds of mangoes per gallon.

Aroma of juicy, ripe mangoes jump out of the glass. Perfect level of acidity is balanced by a silky mouthfeel from lots of oats. Just a beautiful, fruit forward sour ale.

look: 4.5 | smell: 4.75 | taste: 4.5 | feel: 4 | overall: 4.5
Appearance: Pours a hazy goldenstraw with a two finger meringue; sticky lacing with some clumps, streaks and dots

Smell: The mango bursts into forward bringing ripe fruit tones; sweet but slightly funky

Taste: Sweet mango flavors on the tip of the tongue; slightly tart and funky, through the middle, with just a slight pucker in the finish

Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation

Overall: This is really delicious; some might want to see a higher level of acidity and sourness but I found this quite enjoyable
