Thanks to JLindros for sharing this growler.
A - Poured into a Kate the Great tulip a nice clear honey hue with a thin head that fades to leave light wisps and halo.
S - Aromas big banana esters, apples, pears, Belgian sugars, nice phenols. Alcohol hidden nicely.
T - Taste is similar to the nose with nice esters. Good banana notes along with apples and pears. Solid sugars and esters with nice phenols. No alcohol.
M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, slightly creamy, alcohol hidden completely.
O - Overall this was a solid quad. Really pleasant.

Tap at the brewery
Big thick foamy head fades slowly, hazy ruby amber colour
Nose tons of fruity esters, loads of fruit, dark fruits fig date raisin apple pear etc, tons of phenol spices too, sweet candy malt, hint of syrupy candi sugar, little toffee, candy apple
Taste brings some alcohol, peppery phenols, big fruity esters loads of apple and pear, little fig date, big candi sugar little toffee caramel butterscotch, little bitterness, long tingly alcohol finish with loads of fruity esters, peppery phenols, sweet candi sugar and malts lingering
Mouth is fuller bod, little syrupy, alcohol tingle, nice carb too.
Overall this is exactly what I want in the middle if winter, another style they nailed!
