Tap at the brewery
Decent creamy foamy head fades slowly, nice lacing, murky honey blond color
Nose very nice, tons of Belgian ester fruit and sweet malt with candy sugar, candied apple pear, little citrus, stone fruit marmalade, little phenol
Taste more of the same, candied apple pear fruity esters, sweet candy malts and candy sugar with a little tingly warming alcohol and phenols, spices, toasted grainy malt, citrus, apricot preserve and orange marmalade blended, little grassy herbal turning to spicy hop, drier finish but more alcohol, a touch astringent on the finish
Mouth is med bod, little warming alcohol, nice fluffy carb
Overall very nice beer, a little astringent on the finish but otherwise great blend of Belgian tripel and citrus hop ipa
