Light fizzy head fades quickly, hazy burnt orange color

Nose earthy spices, grainy toasted cereal malts, touch lemony grassy, mild farmhouse saison funk, hint fruity esters, little tartness

Taste fruity, generic fruity esters, toasted cereal grains and bread dough, wheat, little biscuity, lemon zest, plenty of spices and phenols, mild farmhouse funk notes, a little warning alcohol, mild apple and pear on the back end, semi sweet sticky finish more perfumey phenols, fruity esters, spices, and alcohol

Mouth is med bod, decent carb, little tingly warming alcohol

Overall not bad, good yeast characters, little more boozy than I expected, but still nice
