No can date
Pours a med pillowy smallish head with med retention and fair bubbles streaming, very clear mild sediment golden pilsner color
Nose sweet malt and sugars, perfumey alcohol, Belgian yeast phenol spices, fair fruity esters with citrus, hint if banana, pear, and more, with honey cake, vanilla, light cake batter
Taste rich sweet candy and malt, grainy sweet pilsner like malt, cake batter, doughy, vanilla icing and blonde candy sugar, blondie dessert with vanilla ice cream, honey, plenty of esters with orange cake, pear, banana, some potpourri alcohol with tingle, phenol spices, a bit of bitterness late, fair dry finish
Mouth is med to fuller bod, fair alcohol warmth bordering hot, a touch too much but not too sweet so that balance isn't there, effervescent carb
Overall solid tripel, a bit boozy hot but great for a cold night, and hits all the Belgian tripel spots
