12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sticky rings of lace on the glass. It smelled of roasted malt, toffee, caramel and some floral notes. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with some coffee-like bitterness and roast.

The beer is a dark copper color under a light khaki head that recedes to a thin film. Light, singular horizontal lines of lacing remain. The aroma is of toasted breads and grains and light caramel sweetness. The taste is also grainy, bready, toasty and lightly sweetened with a subtly tangy finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied. Overall, pretty solid marzen all the way around.
