Black color with red highlights and a huge thick dark beige head with great retention.
Aroma with notes of toasted and caramel malts, wheat, chocolate and some dark fruits.
Flavor with notes of toasted and grainy malts, mild charred wood, spicy yeast, grassy hops, caramels, prunes, ginger and cinnamon. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium towards full body with appropriate carbonation of tiny bubbles.
Decent Weizenbock from Chile. Balanced with the right notes.
