Hazy amber color with a thick huge head with great retention.
Aroma with notes of apple puree, pear, bread and pineapple juice.
Flavor with notes of pears, apple juice, herbal and spicy hops, a bit of honey and wheat. Dry aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light to medium body with tingly carbonation.
What a positive surprise. This Kölsch is far from dull. It is well attenuated, fruity and spiced with clear present hops.
