Description from Back Pew = A simple but delicious beer that gave us a bit more ABV than expected (thanks yeasties!). Maris Otter malt love here, and on hot side we use Cascade and Mosaic. Clean yeast fermentation via a Cali ale strain, then dry hopped with Mosaic, Citra, Cascade, and Strata. Straightforward and delicious balance of citrus/fruit hops and bitterness.
