A hoppier kind of pilsner, we decided to use a cool pilsner base malt from Weyermann- Eraclea. The malt is all grown along the Adriatic sea near Venice for a bit more of a full-bodied kind of pils malt. We gave it a single decoction and hopped it with Saaz before a nice lager fermentation.
