Cloudy Light straw gold, bone white, rocky, long lasting head.
Smells of grain, hay, floral, and mineral water.
Tastes of Pilsner malt, there’s a big, but not overwhelming hit of hops. My guess would be Saaz, it’s floral but spicy. Tastes like a Pilsner and a helles cross. The carbonation is also less than a Pilsner would have. I’ve not had but a couple other zwickelbier styles so it’s hard for me to judge on style. It does have tons of flavor and is very well made. It has a medium light mouthfeel feel. If you like German style lagers you should like this.
