This new IPA from us is a big and badass as Texas. A single malt beer, we rely a native pilsner malt from Rahr malting for the base since we want to keep it simple. Then we dump loads of Citra, Mosaic, and Cascade hops on there because it's delicious. Then a double dry hop for a bunch of aroma.

Texas Two-Sip has a very thick, spongy white head and an opaque, yellow-orange appearance, with moderate lacing. The aroma is of fruit, dankness, and white bread. The flavor is fruity and boldly-bitter, with lots of sweetness. Texas Two-Sip has a heavy body and a dry finish.

At the restaurant Hearsay on The Strand on Galveston Island in Texas. Had not heard of the beer before but I was quite impressed..pours a dark copper. The double hopping creates an interesting aroma, but the taste is exquisite. Highly recommend
