A hazy grist double IPA, this beer gets its name from the awesome new yeast we used- a modified Belgian strain specifically for producing berry/fruit flavors. We decided to push it more towards the berry spectrum, and thus used Belma, Mosaic, and Huell Melon hops to bring that out. To soften the mouthfeel, we added Lactose sugar for a beautiful light yellow and hazy appearance.
