A Pilsner fit for a German who, by way of Pennsylvania, has made it to Texas. Flavorful malt biscuit is bright and clean with traditional Hallertau Mittlefruh hop aromatics for an all day drinking affair. Prost!

Canned 4/8/26. Drank 4/30/26.
Pour is crystal clear deep golden yellow - a bit darker than I'd expect. There is a last cap of fluffy chalk white foam. Very inviting.
Nose is biscuit malt, bread crust, a bit of toasted bread, cracker, doughy
Taste is bready biscuit malt, toasted bread, herbal, lightly woody, spicy hop character. moderate bitterness on the finish.
Clean, crisp. Invites another sip.

The nose is definitely the star of this beer
