The brewery location is in a great spot, but I don't recommend coming on a really hot day. The building is almost impossible to sit inside due to the heat buildup. The staff are really kind and accommodating. The beers were mixed in quality: a not-so-good helles and kölsch, but an excellent cream ale and outstanding Nectaron NEIPA.

This place is really cool with a unique look, brewery is in a big hut with a giraffe sticking out of the roof (not real of course). Small bar but a solid taproom with plenty of seating. Their outdoor area was very nice with a couple picnic tables, a stage for music, a fire pit, more tables, and a tent with some patio style tables. The bartender Jamie (female) was very nice and knowledgeable about their beers on tap. They had a nice selection of beer styles on tap including an imperial stout, a strawberry blonde ale, a kolsch, a Pilsner, 1 NE IPA, a Saison, a hard seltzer, and a local cider. They also had a solid can list of sours and IPAs. It’s super great beau see you can actually get 1 can and don’t have to commit to getting a 4 pack to go. Kids Menu NE ipa part 2 was OK nothing special however, their sours on draft and in cans were absolutely stunning. Their orange creamsicle, watermelon basil and lime Gose, and their Mise En Place sour were amazing! Also their Bucky’s double NE IPA and Bristol Trail NE IPA were very tasty. Overall this place is awesome with a super cool vibe. Definitely will be making a stop out here again sometime soon!

Excellent beers, never had a bad one here in 3 years. Some I don't like but thats because they aren't my taste not poorly made. Owner and staff are friendly and ready to give recommendations, explanations, and advice if your a homebrewer.

Excellent music and Thai food on the weekends, along with a fun drive to and fro for your DD.

Noble Shepherd has great beers and is owned by a very friendly brewmaster. It is located in a geodesic dome next to a clay pottery shop called the Wizard of Clay. The geodesic dome theme is capitalized on by a brew named "Bucky" after Buckminster Fuller, the inventor of the geodesic dome. The interior is gorgeously woodpaneled with a view to the brew tanks just to the left of the inviting bar. Live music is had often, and the crowd is always friendly and welcoming. Do NOT miss the double IPA or the American Pale Ale here. These are some of the best beers I've had, and the growler of the double IPA I brought home for my Super Bowl party had great reviews from the others who tried it. The brewmaster is always making new concoctions, and to me, has not sold a bad beer yet. I would highly recommend this place to any beer enthusiast who comes across its path.

Noble Shepherd is located in the hilly rural western Finger Lakes of New York. The building is two geodesic domes along the side of Rt. 20a, surrounded by trees, fresh air, and the grace of God. Inside is rustic, with two of the nicest people I have ever met in the brewing world. Seriously, they have a sweet innocence about them that is warm and welcoming.

The place already has that hometown hangout feel. Once Summer comes, this place will be a perfect stop on the way home from a day outdoors.

As a recent start-up, selection is limited, but judging from the three beers I enjoyed, and the "Coming Soon" labels, they will be producing a wide range of solid beers and interesting niche beers too. Their neighbor is a well known potter, who has produced mugs for them and the only growler drying stand I have ever seen.

With hard work, talent, and inspiration, Noble Shepherd is one new brewery worthy of our support and nurturing. All the best guys, you are on the right path.
