Dark brown color with a thick beige head with good retention and leaving some laces.
Light aroma with predominant notes of creamy chocolate and strawberries.
Mouth is more interesting than nose. Flavor with lots of chocolate, good hopinness, but again rounded. Notes of lemon, red fruits, licorice and pineapples. Quite dry aftertaste with a balanced bitterness. It feels hoppy, but lower than 60 IBUs.
Light to medium body with appropriate carbonation.
Decent American Porter, not harsh, not wimpy. With fruits nuances that changes to chocolate alike notes. Worth tasting.
