Brewed exclusively for tavern in the square, enjoyed at Northborough, a hazy NEIPA.
Light foamy head fades quickly but decent lacing, just slightly hazy but mostly clear honey orange tan color
Nose tropical fruits, papaya like, grapefruit orange juice, little tangerine, pith, touch melon rind, fruity bubblegum and stone fruit, little dank musty resin
Taste brings more hops, musty dank notes, papaya and musty tropical fruit, little grapefruit pith and tangerine skin, rind, melon rind, faint pine sap with the resin, fair bitterness, little cracker malt.
Mouth is med bod, decent carb
Overall ok, doesn't quite get to the point of many of the other neipas, but pretty good. Missing the oats and protein haze... where the Hell is the haze?
