Dry hopped Italian style pilsner, canned 2022/03/31
Pours a frothy foamy 1 finger head with fair retention, a bit of sticky lacing, hazy light-gold pale color
Nose typical Italian pilsner, light grainy malt, straw, cereal, a little dough, hops bring lemongrass, floral aromas, a bit grassy, fruity cereal and hint of cake batter
Taste brings more malts up front, pilsner malts, cereal grainy sweet malt, bread dough and a little cake batter, hops start again with lemongrass, a bit grassy in general, fruity cereal, floral and a touch herbal, light bitterness, dry finish with crisp spicy hop bitterness kicking in, med to a bit higher bitterness on the finish
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, higher slight effervescent carb
Overall not bad, pretty on point for Italian pilsner with that grassy and spicy dry-hopped finish
