Castle Island Brewing Company IPA American
I can see there's no love here for good 'ol West Coast IPA's. Too bad, cause' Pineapple and pine resin, orange peel, earthy bitterness, dry, then smooth, crisp to start is really nice sometimes. Brings me back to when the market was dominated by bitter IPA's with a larger, sweeter malty base.
