Cloudy, dark amber/light brown color. Moderate head that fades to rim bubbles and film. Excellent webby lacing, though.
Strong allspice aroma. Not as much cinnamon or nutmeg as some pumpkin beers but it still smells like pie even if the pumpkin is subtle.
More sweet than not. Good, richer body but with an elevated carbonation. The pumpkin is more prevalent than the smell but this is still about the pie spices. Here, I pick up cinnamon sugar as the main flavor. This beer would pair nicely with cheesecake.
