Strong haze which gives a yellow tinge to the lighter gold color. Modest head but it leaves some wider streaks on the glass.
Smell-wise, the mint really comes through. Closest to wintergreen candy.
The taste starts with the malt base which becomes 75% bittering hop and 25% mint. The combination creates a freshly cut greens flavor. The body and carbonation level are as expected for a Pilsner. The taste is unusual but refreshing and drinkable.
