Attractive—clear golden color with a lasting head. Larger streaks last on the glass throughout the tasting.
There’s a bit of soured cream to the nose, almost like the mash say around too long.
Spritzy with a lower body. The sour smell is subdued in the taste (but still present). Instead, the strongest flavor is straight-up bittering hop backed with a mild pale barley malt.
