Hazy, yellow-gold color. Moderate head but leaves behind extensive wider streaks for lace.
Malty and dry aroma with a lighter floral hop nose. Attractive.
Spritzy and bitter are the first impressions. This doesn’t match the typical west coast IPA profile. Dry and earthy, almost dirt-like on the tongue. Extreme bitterness in the swallow. Long, long aftertaste. Overall, this is not my cup of tea even though west coast IPAs are my favorite style. It’s too much bitterness to be enjoyed except for the biggest hop heads
