Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance- The beer is served a light hazed straw color with small head. The head fades fast leaving a light bit of foamy lace on the sides of the glass
Smell- The smell is strong of a wheat and yeast aroma mixed with a bit orange and coriander.
Taste- The taste begins with a wheat bread and coriander spice flavor mixed with notes of yeast and a bit of orange. There is some hay and pepper as well as a bit of hay that develop along the way, leaving one with a drier and easy natured white taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body is moderate in thickness and creaminess and moderate in carbonation level as well.
Overall - A decent wit overall. Nothing too special, but easy drinking.
