A light and effervescent sour pale ale designed to provide an escape from the same old story. Intended to be enjoyed fresh, but will develop character with age.

No bottled on date.
Golden, effervescent pour. Thin, frothy carbonation rises to a small head, and settles quickly back into the glass.
Tart, with notes of white grapes and just enough underlying funk. A touch of floral hops round it out well and provide this beer with an unexpectedly great aroma.
A light, clean sour pale. A re-emergence of those grapes balanced with a touch of mustiness and some subtle notes of pineapple. Tart, mildly sweet, and well-balanced.
Light, clean, tart. Some medium seltzery carbonation that cuts through a light acidity.

A very light beer. Obviously sour from start (smell) to finish (taste.) Avec Moi has the perfect blend of smooth taste and finish, and sour taste. Not too sour, but definitely has a serious bite.
