Poured into a tulip. A fairly-clear medium golden color with a thin white head that settles quickly. Some lacing. Nice fennel on the nose, with white grapes and floral notes. Complex floral notes on the palate with some lemony tartness. A funky feel but it's understated. Some fennel and spice notes. Dry, clean finish.
