American Sour Brett Ale brewed with local Muscadine Grapes and Dry-Hopped. Hypnotized by it's presence, Tacenda Sauvined has been aged on 2,000 LBS of local Muscadine Grapes. Then Dry-Hopped with Nelson Sauvin Hops. Left to the imagination and better un-said, this sour beer whispers. Transcending into the amalgamation of light effervescent, but complex flavors.

Bottle from Jake. Light, pale golden pour, minimal head. Fruity, sweet aroma. Taste brings even more, savory, grapes, tea, florl notes. Full, complex.

Thanks goes out to Buck89 for this brew.
12.7 oz. Bottle
Poured into a Trillium glass a pretty nice clean/clear golden yellow color, pretty nice carbonation, with a nice quick/fizzy white head, which leaves minimal sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, yeasty, with some nice citrus notes (lemon, grapes), hoppy, tart, funky, slight oak. The taste is pretty nice, malty, yeasty, funky, tart, with some nice citrus notes (lemon, grape), slight oak, hoppy. Medium body, ABV hidden pretty nicely, with a dry/bitter finish. Overall, a pretty tasty brew. Glad to have gotten a chance to try it. Thanks John!
