Belgian Strong Dark Ale with cherries.
On tap at Barley Tap Room in Chattanooga, TN.
The body is dark copper, clear and topped with a decent tan head. Good lacing.
Pleasant, complex aroma that includes caramel and cinnamon(?). The flavor is a bit less complex, with rather minimal signs of cherries although somewhat fruity. Still, pleasant, well-balanced flavor with very well hidden ABV.
A touch less (or softer) carbonation and/or fuller body would be an improvement.
