The beer is a dark yellow color. The foam is white with medium-small bubbles. The foam disappears quickly, leaving no direct traces. The smells of malt and wheat encounter one. A little caramel, brödig, some citrus and banana. A little light bread and a little hay. The flavors will malt wheat front, where wheat plays the main role. The flavors of caramel, white bread arises quite fast. Then comes the taste of ripe banana sitting in a while. Even flavors of citrus is in the background. Towards the end, a little yeast and apricot. Medium-light body. Just the right level of carbonation. Small and sweet "wheat" flavor, a little dry.
