Had on-tap at the Oak Creek brewery in Sedona.
L: Poured a clear amber color with two fingers of off-white head.
S: Sweet and smokey.
T/F: Aggressively malty and almost cloyingly sweet. Honey and oak... smokey notes as well. No discernable hop presence. Chewy and carbonated.
O: An ok effort but way too malty and sweet. Reportedly this had a much higher ABV in years past and that might have helped balance this 1-dimensional brew.
