Burnt umber. Great clarity, iridescence, creamy head that laces nicely. Smell is subtle - some rye bread spice, a saison yeast note without the esters (more white pepper). The orange isn't very present. Flavor follows with the bitter chicory playing in the middle. Orange still muted. A solid rye beer which uses the adjuncts as components of the flavor rather than making them the focal point. For what it is intended - to pair with their food - very well done.
