Birrificio e Birreria Turbacci "Coast To Coast Red IPA"
33 cl, brown glass bottle for 5€ @ Baguetteria del Fico, Roma, Italy
Notes: Slightly hazy amber body beneath a frothy head of off-white. Better than average head retention and lacing. Aroma expresses resinous and grassy hops over a caramelish malt base. The flavor follows with a fuller maltiness. Sweetish but also solidly bitter. Finishes dry with some residual malt and herbal hops. Medium bodied with a standard carbonation level. Fairly basic, easy to drink.
