L- Cloudy pale orange body, 1 1/2 finger fluffy off-white head with medium retention.
S- Moderate peppery and citrus hops and caramel sweet malts. Aroma is literally 50/50 on both sides. Well balanced even though I expected a bigger hop punch. Slightly fruity too.
T- Moderate floral and citrus hops are the showcase, supported by caramel malts and biscuit notes. Dry lingering bitter finish.
F- Medium body, smooth.
O- Expected a little bit more hops in aroma, and a tad less biscuit in taste. Seems right on point with the style. Very good.
