Black, two fingers of a correct beige head.
.In the smell quite a lot chocolate, and then coconut. Quite fresh, indeed.
In the taste coconut, chocolate and milk (something cappuccino-like).
Average body, easily drinkable.
Sttrange, but, after all, quite pleasant, with a different touch, from the use of coconut.

Poured to a Brouwerij'IT glass.
A: The body is pitch black. The head is brown, 2 fingers thick with a very active foam. Lacing is present and there's a lot I of retention.
S: The aroma has a lot of coffee, roasted malts and a strange profile that should be coconut but it doesn't really smell like that. The label states that this is a coconut infused beer but the aroma doesn't go up for that.
T: The taste isn't what you're expecting for a coconut milk stout but it's quite good for a (milky) stout, having a lot of coffee and roasted malts all around.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is medium high. Alcohol goes unnoticed. Bitterness is mild. Sweetness is generous.
O: For a coconut-infused milk stout, don't get me wrong but this is not what you're looking for. However, this could really pass along as a fine regular Stout, not a coconut infused ale.
