Before I poured this beer into a tulip glass, I had my expectations really low. I don't like Moscatel wine and the thought of a Moscatel BA beer, led me to have bad negative thoughts about this beer before I actually had it.

Then...

A: The body is orange to copper with a beige to white head, one finger thick. The body is very opaque, the head has regular retention and there's no lacing.
S: There's a somewhat overwhelming aroma of moscatel, having that tremendous sweetness in the aroma, followed by the yeasty and malty sweetness of a belgian pale ale. The presence of alcohol is inevitable.
T: The simplicity of a BPA is present but the taste of moscatel with its citrusy and grape profiles overcomes everything else. It could be better but in the end it tastes very good. It's almost like the the basis and the extra flavour combine really well together. Very very interesting. I'd just love to find this beer with a less prominent flavour of moscatel, this quite enormous, a month less on barrel would certainly do the trick.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is low. Bitterness is mild. Acidity is mellow. Alcohol is very present.
O: This is an amazing beer that could go wrong for so many reasons but instead it's this great mix of two different things. Will have this again in the future.
