Saison aged in barrels of both port and moscatel wine.
It pours an ocher body with persistent white foam.
This beer smells and tastes like a lambic: it's quite yeasty, acetic, spicy and it has strong notes of pineapple (however not very citric), white grapes and some yellow fruits.
ABV is 10% but it's well balanced by the high level of both bitterness and sweetness.
