Poured to an Ora et Labora taster.
A: The body is midway between coppery and brown, having some good but unexpected haziness. The head is beige and lively. 2 fingers thick after pour.
S: The aroma is very rich of fruits incoming from the wine. After that, there's a big malty touch but the aroma, as a blend, is very good.
T: The taste starts off with a wine and whisky like profile, after that there's a citric, grape and apple-ly fruit taste. In the end of the sip, there's a big malty and toffee like end. Great.
M: Body is medium to high. Carbonation is good. Bitterness is mild, just as sweetness. The aroma of grapes and wine is, sometimes, a bit overwhelming.
O: This barleywine is just great but has a too big fruity touch incoming from the wine. Still, very good.
