Poured to a wine glass.
A: Body orange, peachy with opaque tones. No head at all as the carbonation is really low. Still, it looks still (pun intended) as a regular wild fermented beer.
S: The nose has a bright bouquet of peach, loquat, and flowery tones before reaching a tart, light-horse-blanket aroma.
T: Taste starts off with a dose of sweetness, almost lactose like of loquats and peaches. The end is mildly acid, with a slight feeling that something is wrong, just after the sip goes through. Not sure what it is, but I'd say that it must be some byproduct of the fermentation that shouldn't be here, as most wild fermentation beers should be fresh, this ending is almost there, but isn't.
M: Body is low. Carbonation is low. Sweetness is mild and acidity is low. The aftermath is weird as described in the Taste.
O: Taste wise, it's a very fresh beer. But in terms of mouthfeel, there's a question mark on what's present in the end. Can't really describe it as a more denser thing. But I'd go for it again for sure.
