Poured into a teku glass.
A. Body is yellow like an aged white wine would be, having little to no carbonation - nor in the end, nor in the body.
S: The aroma is very interesting as it shows some wild fermentation in the back while the front is mostly used to showcase the aromatic power of the Syrah grape as it smells wonderfully.
T: Taste starts with some sweetness from the maloactic fermentation with a grape sugar tone and then moves towards a more vibrant, crisp and yet mellow acidity from the wild fermentation. This should be drank in the peak of the summer.
M: Body is low. Carbonation is almost non-existent. Sweetness is medium high, acidity is medium low.
O: Very interesting and fresh beer that showcases the possibilities in between the wine world and the beer world.
