Drank at Notes Bar & Kitchen.
A: Body is opaque and yellow but with darker hues, more like brown suggesting already a mild oxidation.
S: The aroma is very strong with an aggressive amount of hops almost burning the nose. It's highly tropical with notes of pineapple, mango and passionfruit.
T: The taste starts with a medium high citric and tropical tones with notes of orange peel and pineapple. It then moves on to a highly bitter and strong hoppy tone with a grassy profile.
M: Body is medium high. Carbonation is good. Alcohol is unnoticed. Bitterness is high.
O: Second NEIPA from Dois Corvos and despite being good, it seems that there's a ton of room for improvement. Even if the style results in a ingredient-heavy beer, the best variations are always much softer to the palate.
