This can is a set of 3 cans that are first beers being canned at Dois Corvos, being an exclusive promotional release for crowdfunders of their new canning line.
Poured into a BrewDog snifter.
A: Pours a beautiful and opaque yellow body with a gentle (and not very persisting) 5mm head.
S: The aroma shows an extreme hop forward beer with big notes of Mosaic and Citra, being clearly perceptible that a copious amount of hops were used while brewing this beer.
T: Taste-wise, you can feel some citrus, tangerine, orange, grapefruit and pineapple and a medium to high bitter and green grassy note of hops.
M: Body is medium high. Carbonation is a little bit beyond the perfect point, being overly carbonated. Alcohol is unnoticeable. Bitterness is refreshingly high.
O: First can out of Dois Corvos. I'm happy to be a part of this. RECYCLE OR DIE. ♻️
