Poured into a BrewDog snifter.
A: The body pours a crystalline red hue topped with a good retention white head showing a 5mm thickness.
S: The aroma is very interesting as you can smell particularly sour cherry, backed with raspberry, marzipan and some other sweetness. This aroma is pretty much sweet as it is acidic and is very well balanced.
T: The taste is brilliant as you can think directly of a raspberry + sour cherry tart, with all those sweet and mildly acidic tones coming together very well.
M: Body is medium low. Carbonation is low. Alcohol is unnoticed. Bitterness is low. Sweetness is mild and acidity is medium high.
O: Pretty good experiment, will be looking forward for the next sip of this.
